Small late 19th century burr walnut and ormolu bracket clock. The five inch brass break arch dial with silvered chapter ring and finely matted centre surrounded by spandrels. Silvered rise/fall regulation dial to the arch. Blued steel hands.
The high quality eight day double chain fusee movement with semi dead beat escapement, 'Harrisons' maintaining power and rise/fall mechanism.
The pretty burr walnut arch top case with four finials and a further finial to a brass bound platform. Ormolu caryatids to the corners, gilt brass frame to the front door and ormolu frets the the sides of the case. Ormolu ogee feet below the ormolu moulding.
