Mahogany and brass inlaid break arch top and brass inlaid bracket clock. The round convex painted dial signed Simmons Finsbury London with Roman hour numerals. Blued steel hands.
The eight day double fusee movement with anchor escapement striking the hours on a bell with a border engraved backplate.
The figured mahogany case with break arch top and canted sides inset with brass stringing. Cast brass bezel with convex glass, brass inlay with rosettes above an ebonised ripple moulding. Brass fish scale frets to the sides below brass ring handles. Cast brass ball feet.
