Fine and rare gilt brass Victorian chronometer carriage clock with Dent's staple balance. The engraved mask dial with white enamel chapter having a subsidiary seconds dial at XII, signed Dent chronometer maker to the Queen London. Blued steel hands.
Eight day timepiece chain fusee movement with maintaining power, signed on the backplate Dent London and numbered 692.
The gilt platform with Dent's staple balance, Earnshaw-type spring detent escapement and blued steel helical spring.
